Artwork Information For Screen Printing

Utilize professional graphic editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc.

We can not use images taken from a cell phone or low quality images taken from the internet. Invest in the time needed to produce quality artwork as this greatly affects the final print quality.

Submit artwork in VECTOR format whenever possible. If your logo is of high resolution and scaled to size, then you can follow the guideline below.

  • Artwork must be a minimum 300 dpi in RGB FORMAT and scaled to size (the size it will be printed on the garment). You can download artwork templates below.
  • Please color separate your images. Each color in your design will require it’s own screen.
  • Convert all fonts to shapes or outlines. and vectorize all images whenever possible.
  • See below for acceptable file formats to send.

If you have any difficulties preparing your own artwork or with any of the steps, send us your designs and let us prepare them for you. There is a standard artwork charge of $25 for our art department to prepare your artwork.

Accepted Formats

We accept Photoshop and illustrator file formats. Please do not send GIF/BMP formatted files or images from websites as these are of poor quality for production. After your order is placed, you will receive an email regarding where to send artwork to our design team.

PMS Color Matching

If requesting particular PMS color match, please provide PMS codes during the ordering process. It is the responsibility of the customer to request PMS matching, otherwise we will use standard colors and match as best as possible to any designs submitted to us.

We make every effort to match PMS colors however, it is not always possible. In these cases, we will attempt to closely match colors. Type of garment, color and blend may affect the final color result – which is normal.

There is a $30/per color charge for all custom PMS requests.

To search for your PMS color, please visit the Pantone Website. All pantone colors must be coated (have a “c” after the PMS color).
