TIPS FOR USING OUR ONLINE DESIGN TOOL
Creating different size fonts is easy with our online headwear designer. This is accomplished using 2 separate TEXT elements and adjusting each to your desired size. Here is an example:
Add your own artwork to your hat or select one of our clpart files. It's super easy! Many popular file formats acccepted. Give it a try with our online designer.

It’s simple. Create your hats using our online design tool. Once completed, our team will review your design and make necessary tweaks to ensure a good, quality print.
Be sure to enter the quantities you would like to order after designing your hat online.
You’ll receive an electronic proof for review and payment info which will include your new discounted pricing. It’s that easy!

Top make to most of our online design tool, we encourage you to use this feature on a computer or tablet. Attempting to create a custom hat using a mobile phone can be a bit challenging,
Minimum quantity you need to order using our online design tool is just 12 hats.
Leather patches require a minimum of 24 hats.
** All hats must be same design and same hat style, with the exception of personalization (names, numbers, etc… on back of hats).
We prefer high-resolution, vector files when possible. If you do not have high-resolution artwork, no worries, Our talented design team will convert your artwork for production.
Formats accepted: Illustrator, Photoshop, PNG, JPEG, PDF.
Tips:
- SUBMIT ARTWORK IN THE SIZE IT IS TO BE PRINTED.
Example: if you would like your artwork printed 4″ wide x 3″ height, you must submit your artwork in that size. - MIN RESOLUTION IS 300 DPI.
We can not accept artwork less than 300 DPI - Use A PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM TO CREATE YOUR ARTWORK.
We strongly recommend using a program such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw to create your artwork. - CONVERT ALL FONTS TO OUTLINES OR SHAPES.
- SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK IN ONE OF THE FORMATS LISTED ABOVE.
- WE CAN NOT ACCEPT IMAGES COPY/PASTED FROM THE INTERNET.
All embroider orders are subject to a digitizing charge. Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into embroidery format.
We offer professionally crafted embroidery options including standard application, leather patches and our amazing 3D Puff embroidery.
Leather Patches: Artwork works best when a single contracting color. Full color designs will not work well with this option.
Note: 3D Puff is not available for small object. This feature is primarily used for large text or numbers.
Turn around time depends on several factors including supplier stock availability, type of embroidery and customization options selected and proof approval. Production begins after payment is made and proof is approved. Once blank items arrive at our shop. it’s off to production.
Current production times are posted throughout the site.
RUSH orders are not available for custom headwear.
You can log into your account portal for order updates. You will also receive email updates throughout the production process. If you are not receiving email updates, please check your email spam folder.
You can view LIVE supplier stock levels and product availability by simply selecting the headwear you like. The system will display stock levels and estimated dates for items to become available.
After you have completed creating your customer headwear, our design team will evaluate your work to ensure print quality. We’ll then send you an electronic proof for approval. From there, approve your work, submit payment and it’s off to production.
