How Do I Choose A Garment?
We’ve partnered with three of the largest suppliers of apparel and bring them to you in the form of product catalogs. With the latest styles and trusted brand names, you are sure to find everything you are looking for.
We separate them into three apparel catalogs. Catalog 1 (titled Company Casuals) is our main catalog. Catalog 2 also offers some amazing styles. Catalog 3 is our sports apparel catalog. You can view all catalogs further down on this page.
Our standard production time is typically 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) on most items. Please note: Production time begins after customer proof approval and payment has been received. We do offer RUSH service at an additional charge.
Production time does not include shipping and transit times. We generally ship via USPS or UPS and have no control over their delivery practices or times for delivery so please make sure you place your orders in plenty of time to account for shipping.

Pricing for custom embroidery service is based on several factors. In order for us to provide you with an accurate quote, here are some things we need to know about your project.
TYPE OF GARMENT
There are hundreds of different items to have embroidered ranging from budget t-shirts to high end apparel. The type of garment you select will be the starting point.
The number of items you are ordering will affect pricing. Custom apparel is quantity driven. The more you order, the more you can take advantage of the price breaks put in place.
The areas on the garment to be embroidered. Multiple print areas will obviously require additional costs.
SIZE OF YOUR DESIGN
Pricing depends on the total thread count in your logo or design. The larger or more detailed your design, the higher the tread count.
We offer various embroidery options to fit your project. Pricing listed in the embroidery page is for a maximum of 17,500 stitch count (up to 15 thread colors). For high stitch counts over 17,500, an additional $1.20/1,000 stitch count will apply.
EXTRA LARGE PRINTS
Example: Jacket backs require a large stitch count based on the design/logo. Please contact us for a quote and supply details or sample image of your design so we can estimate your required stitch count.
3D & PUFF EMBROIDERY ON HATS
For quantities under 50 pcs, an additional charge of $4/per item/garment. For quantities greater than 51 pcs, add $2/per item/garment.
Add $2/per item/garment.
TACKLE TWILL AND FLOCK
These require special pricing based on your design. Please contact us for a quote.
HEAVY DUTY ITEMS
Example: Carhardt Jackets require additional hooping and may be subject to an additional charge.
HIDDEN ZIPPERS OR EMBROIDERY AROUND ZIPPERS
There is an additional charge of $2 per item and/or garment per location for embroidery in these areas.
For personalization (example: left or right chest names or credentials), these typically do not need to be digitized since we mostly use standard embroidery fonts. For fonts not listed, an additional charge may apply.
Here are our embroiddery thread colors available. When ordering, please select from the colors listed here.
If you have production ready digitized artwork, please follow the guidelines below:
We accept .DST and .PXF files.
Be sure to convert all text to outlines/curves.
Convert all colors to spot colors with Robison-Anton thread color numbers.
Keep the stroked paths to a minimum of 4 points. Anything less is not guaranteed to output clearly.
Make sure the artwork you are submitting is sized correctly to the desired print size.
Please note: If you are submitting your own digitized artwork, the embroidery will be done according to the specs outlined in your digitized file. We strongly encourage you to have us digitize your artwork if you are uncertain of the quality of your digitized file.
If you do not have digitized artwork ready for embroidery, no worries. Our designers will to convert your files into the proper format.
If you are preparing your own files, please follow the guidelines below to submit your design in non-digitized/vector format: Remember, quality artwork yields quality embroidery prints.
- Use a professional design program such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw to create your designs.
- Resolution: Create your artwork at a minimum resolution of 200-300 dpi and scaled to size (the size to be printed).
- Accepted Formats: The preferred format is vector format (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). Make sure to convert all text to outlines/curves.
- If you do not have a vectored file, we will accept Adobe Photoshop PSD. We will also accept PNG, JPEG formats.
- Be sure to include your thread colors using our Robison-Anton thread color chart.
Download Photoshop Templates if needed.
The artwork must be sized correctly to the actual printing size.
Note: We do not accept BMP or low quality images taken from the internet. As a rule – quality artwork yields a quality print. So take the time and invest in creating your artwork in hi-resolution.
If you need a logo or design created for you, we offer design service for a fraction of what other screen printers would charge. There is a lot of work that goes into creating an amazing design so pricing will depend on the complexity of your request.
Every order will receive an online proof for customer approval. When viewing online proofs, please keep in mind these are computer generated versions of the overall layout and the finished product may look slightly different. The proof is to reference logo placement and to view colors selected for print. Everyone’s monitor /screen will display the colors in the proof slightly different. It is the customer’s responsibility to veiw the proof in it’s entiriey and check for any errors. Once approved, changes can not be made to the design or layout.
Also, the type of garment, blend and color all affect the final print color. This is normal and we try our best to counter act this whenever possible.
Unfortunately, we can not accept customer supplied garments for production/decoration. We offer a wide variety of apparel options through several of our suppliers, which are available in our online product catalogs.
Go-Ahead, Send Us Your Logo
We accept many file formats from many industry standard applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel.
