Merrowed borders work on square, rectangle, circle, and oval. Custom shapes are die cut only. Embroidered patches only — not leather.

Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround times for our premium patches is just 14 business days – after proof approval and payment.
Types of Backing
We offer standard backing (which must be sewn own) and heat applied backing (iron-on).
What Makes Your Patches Better
Good Questions …. we get asked this a lot.
We use premium German engendered threads which are super smooth and holds excellent color – even after many washes. We don’t make cheap patches.
Can My Patch Be Any Shape
Absolutely! Just send us your artwork and we’ll work our magic.
Do You Offer Design Service
We do offer patch design service at just $35/hr. Send us your design ideas and you’ll work with one of our graphic designers to bring your patch idea to life.
Why A Minimum Quantity
That’s a great question. There is a lot of work that goes into making premium quality patches. In order to keep your price fair, there is a 50 patch minimum.
