Production time is an estimated time for order completion. There may be some delays during high-volume season or due to supplier stock issues. Current production times are listed throughout our site. Be sure to check your order status by logging in.

We typically ship USPS, FedEx, UPS. At times of their high-volumes, shipping times may vary based on the shipping provider. Tracking numbers may also be delayed in displaying for your order. We ask you please be patient. In the event you tracking info has not been updated after a period of 5 business days (after it shows it was shipped), please contact us for assistance.

Some items may be available for order pickup at our Warminster, PA Administrative & Billing Office and not at our production centers for safety reasons. We do not operate at a store front – but are located at several industrial production centers in the area.

We ship priority USPS, UPS and FedEx to anywhere within the continental U.S.

If you do not see your station logo as an option – this could be for several reasons.

• No one has submitted your station logo
• Logo submitted was of poor image quality and unusable
• We are in the process of preparing your logo for production
• We are awaiting someone to upload your station logo
