Do You Have A Store

Good question. We get asked this a lot. We do not operate a traditional store front. Lancaster ProShop operates in a production environment and not a retail store. We typically do not have items on shelves available for purchase – as all items are custom made upon ordering.

We do invite customers to visit our Lancaster PA location to pick up orders or to speak with one of our team members.

How Can I Order

Placing an order is super easy on our website. Start by selecting a print type, such as screen printing or embroidery. You can learn about various print options along with select your apparel.

What Are You Hours

Our Customer Service Center is located in beautiful Lancaster County, PA. and generally open for walk-ins and order pick ups TUE-FRI: 8am-5pm.

Our production centers are located in the Greater Philadelphia and Lancaster County PA areas. Customers do not have access to our production areas.

Do You Offer Shipping

We offer shipping within the continental U.S. via UPS, USPS and Freight.

Purchase Items In Person

We do not have items for purchase at our Customer Service Center. All items are custom made specifically for you, upon ordering and not sitting on a shelf collecting dust.
