New document (Photoshop)
- File → New. Width / Height = finished size + 0.125″ on every side (example: 2′×10′ trim → 24.25″ × 120.25″).
- Resolution: 150 Pixels/Inch. Color Mode: CMYK Color, 8 bit.
- Before export: Layer → Flatten Image. Convert RGB → CMYK if needed.
After you pick a size above, the template panel shows the exact pixel target for that banner.
New document (Illustrator)
- File → New. Width / Height = finished size + 0.125″ on every side (example: 2′×10′ trim → 24.25″ × 120.25″).
- Resolution: 150 ppi (Effect → Document Raster Effects Settings). Color Mode: CMYK.
- Before export: Type → Create Outlines, embed images. Convert RGB → CMYK if needed.
After you pick a size above, the template panel shows the exact pixel target for that banner.
Export & upload
- Preferred: high-quality JPG under 75 MB.
- Also: PDF, PNG, AI, PSD, TIF/TIFF, EPS.
- PNG is RGB-only; prefer CMYK in JPG/PDF/PSD when possible.
