Frequently Asked Questions
Please keep in mind, all items are made upon ordering, not pre-made and stored away on shelves.
Production time is an “estimated time” for order completion. While we do strive to complete orders in a timely fashion, please allow up to +5 “business days” for your order to be considered overdue. There may be some delays during high-volume season or due to supplier stock issues which may be out of our control.
Business days: do not include weekends or holidays.
Current production times are listed throughout our site. Be sure to check your order status by logging in.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account portal. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it.
All items are made upon ordering. Production time is typically 8-14 full business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We typically ship USPS, FedEx, UPS. At times of their high-volumes, shipping times may vary based on the shipping provider. Tracking numbers may also be delayed in displaying for your order. We ask you please be patient. In the event you tracking info has not been updated after a period of 5 business days (after it shows it was shipped), please contact us for assistance.
Most items are available for pick up at our Warminster, PA production center only (for safety reasons) located inside The FUGE Building, 4th Floor. Check for email notifications to inform you, the order is ready for pick up first.
Pick up is not available at any of our other production facilities. We ship priority USPS, UPS and FedEx to anywhere within the continental U.S.
Please check our business hours prior to coming in to pick up your order. Order pick up times (during our business hours) are from 10am-3pm*.
All items are custom made for you. For this reason, returns/refunds can not be accepted – with the exception of printing or manufacturing defects with your item. If you have an issue with your order, reach out to us. We will work with you as best as we can.

Keep Your Garments Looking Like New
Follow the care instructions to get the most out of your apparel. We suggest line drying of all printed garments, as placing items in the dryer causes the materials to fade and fray over time. We are not responsible for garment/print issues from not following recommended wash and care instructions.
