Ordering custom apparel is easy. You can start by picking your apparel or select the START ORDER / QUOTE button above. Enter your printing details and that’s it.
If you are a returning customer, you will be prompted to log in. If you are a new customer, an account will be created for you. This makes it easier for you to review your orders/quotes.
Our design team will review your submission and send your order details, including pricing shortly after.
Production times are posted throughout the site for your reference. Our standard production time is typically 8-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) on most items. Please note, production time begins after payment is received* and/or customer proof approval (not when the order is placed). We do offer RUSH service at an additional charge.
Production time does not include shipping and transit times. We generally ship via USPS or UPS and have no control over their delivery practices or times for delivery so please make sure you place your orders in plenty of time to account for shipping.
Our improved system now provides you with order updates and status notifications automatically via email. You can also login to your account to view order updates as well.

Pre-production samples can be at a tremendous cost to our customers. There is a lot of work and labor involved to create samples. We offer renderings of your project, in lieu of actual sample items – as a visual reference to show what your finished apparel could look like.
If pre-production samples are requested, pricing will include all artwork, production, setup and apparel costs for the sample order. Pre-production sample costs are separate and not applied to the pricing when placing your actual order.
We prefer high-resolution, vector files when possible. If you do not have high-resolution artwork, no worries, Our talented design team will convert your artwork for production.
Formats accepted: Illustrator, Photoshop, PNG, JPEG, PDF.
- SUBMIT ARTWORK IN THE SIZE IT IS TO BE PRINTED.
Example: if you would like your artwork printed 12″ wide x 10″ height, you must submit your artwork in that size.
- MIN RESOLUTION IS 300 DPI.
We can not accept artwork less than 300 DPI
- Use A PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM TO CREATE YOUR ARTWORK.
We strongly recommend using a program such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw to create your artwork.
- CONVERT ALL FONTS TO OUTLINES OR SHAPES.
- SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK IN ONE OF THE FORMATS LISTED ABOVE.
If you do not have a logo, we offer design service for a fraction of what other screen printers would charge. There is a lot of work that goes into creating an amazing design so pricing will depend on the complexity of your request.
Order pickup is available at our Warminster, PA location only and not at our other production centers for safety reasons. All pickup orders will be sent to the Warminster location. Check your account portal for updated order status.
Below are our Standard Print Colors we have available. If you require a specific color or shade (PMS Color Matching), please refer to the next section titled “custom ink colors“.
Please keep in mind when printing on dark garments, an underbase is required which adds one additional color to your design. Example: if your logo has two colors and is to be printed on dark apparel, it becomes a three (3) color logo.
Note – the colors on the chart are for reference only as everyone’s monitor and/or home printer will display these colors a bit differently.
For specialty inks and colors not listed on our standard color pallet, there is a custom PMS charge of $30 per color request. If you have a specific PMS color match, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify us during the ordering/quote process.
When screen printing light colored inks on-dark colored garments, the inks tend to blend into the fabric, leaving a dull, faded print. In order to achieve brilliant colors and good print quality, a white underbase is required.
So how does this affect pricing? We add an additional print color to your design to account for the underbase.
Certain fabrics require an addition charge to account for special preparation and handling.
Below are charges added to the print cost.
- 100% polyester garments: +25% added to print cost.
- Mesh Jerseys and Shorts: +50% added to print cost.
- Vertical Sleeve or Leg Print: +50% added to print cost.
- Imprints Above Pockets: +50% added to print cost.
- Nylon (Jackets): +50% added to print cost.
- Nylon (Bags): +50% added to print cost.
Specialty inks including glitter, puff, water based ink, discharge, reflective and polyester formulas have an additional charge and may affect production time slightly. Please inquire via a quote.
Custom Team Names and Numbers
Below are the personalization options and pricing. Excellent for team apparel and sports organizations. Pricing is for our standard heat applied vinyl. For specialty colors and materials, additional costs apply. Names and numbers are limited to a maximum of 2 standard vinyl colors.
Unfortunately, we can not accept customer supplied garments for production/decoration. We offer a wide variety of apparel options through several of our suppliers, which are available in our online product catalogs.
In the event we do accept customer supplied garments, we are not responsible for unexpected print results.
We offer several finishing services available to our customers at an additional cost. If interested, please inform us during the quote process. Generally, your quote will not include these finishing services – unless otherwise noted.

Follow the care instructions to get the most out of your apparel. We suggest hang drying of all garments as placing items in the dryer causes the materials to fade and fray over time.
